The RGN Division Leader is responsible for overseeing all operations within the RGN/Flat deck division, including client relations, obtaining contracts, driver management and dispatch coordination.

We will supply the equipment and you will have the opportunity to run the division as your own.

RGN trailer knowledge is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build client relationships and obtain on-going contracts
- Oversee daily operations of the transportation division, ensuring on-time and damage-free delivery.
- Supervise and support drivers, dispatchers, and support staff.
- Plan and optimize routes and loads to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety policies, and internal company standards.
- Work with maintenance teams to ensure fleet readiness and safety.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate division staff; foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to meet client needs and grow the business.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and technology affecting RGN and flat deck operations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations, including supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of RGN and flat deck equipment, securement methods, and freight handling.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations (e.g., DOT, FMCSA, NSC, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with dispatching software, fleet management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL/AZ/CLASS 1 preferred but not mandatory).

**Desirable**:

- Experience with cross-border (Canada/US) transportation operations.
- Prior work with specialized loads (e.g., oversized, construction materials, steel, machinery).
- Bringing your own clients

Pay: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
