**Responsibilities**
- Assist in organizing and executing community events and programs.
- Support recruitment efforts by engaging with potential volunteers and educating them about opportunities.
- Supervise activities and ensure a positive experience for participants.
- Collect data on program effectiveness and volunteer engagement for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
- Deliver presentations or public speaking engagements to promote our mission and programs.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining records and managing communications.

**Skills**
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate fellow volunteers.
- Excellent public speaking skills for engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management to oversee various initiatives effectively.
- Administrative skills for organizing documentation and data collection processes.
- Ability to educate others about our mission, programs, and volunteer opportunities.
- Experience in recruiting volunteers and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of market trends related to community service and engagement.
