**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-notch concierge services, offering residents and guests a great experience.
- Ensure the property is secure by monitoring entrances, cameras, and general safety.
- Respond to any emergencies or security incidents and follow up with appropriate actions.
- Assist property management and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the building.
- Handle guest and resident inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on security protocols and customer service best practices.

**What You’ll Need**:

- **Customer Service Experience**: At least 2 years of experience providing exceptional service.
- **Security Experience**: Must have an Ontario Security License or be willing to obtain one.
- **Professionalism**: Confident and friendly with a strong ability to handle various situations.
- **First Aid/CPR Certification**: Required.
- **Flexibility**: Must be available for shifts on weekends and weekdays, with a commitment of at least 30 hours per week for part-time roles.
