**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage,
- Assist with month-end closing processes and prepare financial statements.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software sage 50, Excel is essential.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation processes and account analysis techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying discrepancies in financial data.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in accounts receivable management is a plus.
