Leduc, Canada Colorworks Express Autobody Centers Full time

Colorworks Express Autobody Centers - Leduc is seeking an Estimator to join their team. Reporting to the Owner/Operator, this integral team member supports the management of an express repair shop and oversees all estimating and shop operations. This individual represents the organization by monitoring the repair status of each vehicle, ensuring the Colorworks standards of high quality and customer service are met and maintained throughout the process. Colorworks is seeking a passionate, experienced, and team-oriented individual to fill this role and support the production and growth of the shop.

- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of autobody repair processes.
- Autobody skills (for light impact and refinish work) is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience with estimating software (ex. Audatex).
- Time management skills.
- Relationship building experience and demonstrated ability.
- Strong phone communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process all intake notes and images for repairs.
- Manage the shop operations (scheduling work, coordinating with dealerships, providing estimates, etc.)
- Quality control inspections for all express repairs.
- Drive the business by selling jobs to customers, explaining the repair process, and booking in new work.
- Create estimates for both dealer and retail work.
- Ensure all pre, post, and in-process pictures are taken and uploaded to respective files in the shop management system.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Process payments and invoicing.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary to be based on experience and skill level.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
