**Requirements**:

- Red Seal Certification or equivalent provincial plumbing license required.
- Must have 5 years of construction and residential plumber experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and technology, including leak detection and pipe-locating equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Ability to perform problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record.
- A personal van or truck to drive to and from job sites.
- Knowledge of code, safety regulations, and safety practices.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and mitigate water damage by locating leaks, shutting off water supplies, and ensuring systems are safe for use.
- Repair, replace, and install plumbing fixtures, pipes, appliances, valves, fittings, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Ensure plumbing systems meet code requirements and function efficiently post-restoration.
- Collaborate with project manager teams, site managers, schedulers, and other field professionals to assess the extent of plumbing-related damage.
- Provide clear and accurate documentation of repairs and recommendations for insurance claims and project reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and explanations of repairs and solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel supported during the restoration process.
- Ensure all reconnected plumbing fixtures and appliances are tested for leaks.
- Work closely with other tradespeople, including technicians, carpenters, and electricians, to complete restoration projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and provincial plumbing regulations.
- Work with project management software, Restorify.
- Follow all safe work practices and internal health and safety protocols.
