- Culinary, Nestle Professional

As the Assistant Marketing Manager - Culinary, the incumbent will assist in the development and execution of Integrated Commercial Plan for the Meals & Sides, Savoury Flavour Solutions and Vegetarian Meal Solutions categories in the Out-of-Home (OOH) channels.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Monitor & analyze out-of-home menu trends, flavour trends and sales data to gather actionable insights
- Identify product innovation and renovation (I&R) opportunities based on consumer needs, operator needs and long-term category strategies
- Work with the Commercialization Business Partner and complete tasks related to each step of the Idea-to-Launch process for I&R (e.g., size of the prize, volume forecasting, recommended pricing, route-to-market plan)
- Work with cross functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to ensure the viability and feasibility of new product launches
- Provide fact based analytical & insight support to Field Sales & National Accounts team for product demonstrations, ideations, and presentations to the customer
- Work with Customer Development Chef to come up with menu concepts and recipes backed by insights for customer ideations
- Track and execute Operational Master Plan related KPIs and activities
- Manage marketing budget in SAP, create Purchase Orders and track expenses to ensure in-time & on-budget executions
- Monitor OOH menu pricing, competitors pricing, cost of materials and make recommendations for pricing review
- Write briefs for creative agency for the development or adaption of assets including but not limited to product brochures, sell sheets, campaign graphics, recipe video & photoshoot
- Liaise with US Marketing counterparts to leverage US I&R plan and marketing assets

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in a Business or Food/ Culinary related discipline preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience required
- Foodservice experience is strongly preferred; B2B Marketing/ Sales experience will be considered an asset
- Demonstrated strong proficiencies in analysis of marketing research data
- Ability to read and understand a P&L statement
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to leverage Nestlé processes, resources and environment
- Must be able to effectively manage change in a dynamic environment and deal with uncertainties
- Must possess excellent communication & presentation skills
- Love & passion for Food
