We are currently looking for a **service technician** to join our team.

**Job description**

The service technician is responsible for services and deliveries to customers as well as the reception and storage of door and window products.

More precisely, the responsibilities are the following:

- Plan appointments and materials for the service calls;
- Perform services and repairs to customers' homes;
- Ensure the reception and storage of products and organize the warehouse;
- Make deliveries to customers’ homes;
- Ensure safety while performing in-home services;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service;
- Be responsible for tools and service vehicle (daily maintenance and cleanliness);
- All other job-related tasks.

**Job requirements**
- Manual skills and good physical ability to lift loads;
- Valid driver's license (no special class required);
- Relevant experience in construction/renovation;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

**Working conditions**
- Permanent full-time position;
- Regular trips to clients' homes in the area;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
