**DESCRIPTION DE TACHES**
**Responsabilités principales**:
Traiter la paie hebdomadaire et bihebdomadaire dans plusieurs provinces canadiennes avec exactitude et conformité.
Maintenir les systèmes de paie, y compris les registres de pointage et les calculs complexes de rémunération.
Gérer les programmes d’avantages sociaux et de retraite (inscriptions, modifications, demandes des employés).
Garantir l’exactitude, l’intégrité et la confidentialité des données dans le SIRH, tout en assurant la performance du système.
Générer et analyser des rapports pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques RH.
Effectuer des audits réguliers pour assurer la conformité aux politiques internes et aux règlements externes.
Collaborer avec les équipes RH et TI pour les mises à jour et améliorations du SIRH.
Offrir de la formation et un soutien continu aux utilisateurs du système RH.
Identifier et mettre en œuvre activement des améliorations aux processus.
Effectuer d'autres tâches liées aux RH et à la paie, selon les besoins.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Process weekly and biweekly payroll across multiple Canadian provinces with precision and compliance.
Maintain payroll systems, including timekeeping records and complex pay calculations.
Administer Canadian benefits and retirement programs (enrollment, changes, and inquiries).
Ensure HRIS data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality while maintaining system functionality.
Generate and analyze reports to support strategic HR decisions.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams on HRIS upgrades and efficiency improvements.
Provide training and ongoing support to HR and system users.
Actively identify and implement process enhancements.
Perform additional HR/payroll duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
Diplôme d’études collégiales ou baccalauréat en administration des affaires, comptabilité, ressources humaines ou domaine connexe.
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en administration de la paie, y compris dans plusieurs provinces.
Excellente connaissance des normes du travail canadiennes, des lois fiscales, du RPC, de l’AE, etc.
Bilinguisme anglais/français (oral et écrit) requis.
Maîtrise de la gestion des avantages sociaux et des régimes de retraite.
Expérience avec des systèmes SIRH et de paie (ex. : ADP, Ceridian, Workday).
**Compétences et aptitudes**:
**F**ortes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes, avec une attention aux impacts en aval.
Très bonne organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et respecter les délais.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
Discrétion et fiabilité dans la gestion de renseignements confidentiels.
Approche collaborative et axée sur le client, avec une attitude proactive et tournée vers l’amélioration.
Curiosité naturelle et motivation à améliorer les processus existants.
