Job Opportunity: Live-In Caretaker (Possible offsite option if live-in is not possible)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable live-in caretaker for a prestigious residential building with 25 units. This one-year term position involves overseeing the smooth operation and maintenance of the property, including snow removal, cleaning, and facilitating access for tradespeople.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on-site (but flexible, we will consider part-time) Weekends are on-call for emergencies and snow removal as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Snow Removal: Operate the onsite tractor to ensure safe access to the building and parking areas during winter.
- Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and other shared spaces.
- Access Management: Provide access for tradespeople and service providers, overseeing their work to ensure it meets our standards.
- General Maintenance: Handle routine maintenance tasks and address any immediate issues related to the building's upkeep.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar role.
- Ability to operate snow removal equipment and perform physical tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliability and responsiveness to emergencies.

Anticipated Start Date:
November 2024, with the potential for renewal after the initial one-year term.
