We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Administrator to join our team. If you’re a mature, detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare and strong administrative skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily administrative operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records and handling inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Oversee billing processes, insurance claims and payments
- Maintain and ensure the clinics administrative needs are met

**Qualifications**:

- Have excellent time management and multi tasking skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as needed
- Mature applicants with strong attention to detail are highly encouraged to apply
