- Providing professional and efficient customer service to all customers
- Advising clients on changes, claims, renewals, and all issues affecting their policies
- Ensuring quality and productivity objectives are met.
- Deep understanding of insurance products and coverages.
- Providing claims counselling as the advocate for the insured
- Promoting client loyalty through attention to detail, relationship-building and service excellence

**Requirements**:

- RIBO License - A must
- 3-5 years’ experience working as Personal Lines Insurance Broker (CSR)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills

Work remotely:
Currently working in a hybrid model - 2 days in office and 3 days from home after training has been completed.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
