Sponsorship Acquisition Specialist

We’re seeking a **Sponsorship Coordinator** to help secure sponsorships for an exciting **2025 music festival** If you have experience in sponsorship acquisition, sales, or business development and thrive in a commission-based role, this is a great opportunity for you.
**Position Details**:
- **Location**: Remote
- **Job Type**: Commission-Based (20% commission on all sponsorship deals secured)
- **Start Date**: Immediate
**Role Overview**:
As a Sponsorship Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, building relationships, and securing funding through sponsorship deals. Your earnings are directly tied to your success, with a **20% commission on every sponsorship deal you bring in**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential sponsors
- Develop and present compelling sponsorship proposals
- Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements
- Maintain strong communication with sponsors
- Track and report on sponsorship activities
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in **sales, business development, or sponsorship acquisition**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Passion for music and live events is a plus
**Compensation**:
This is a **100% commission-based role** with **20% commission on all sponsorship deals secured**. The more deals you close, the more you earn
**Job Type**: Freelance
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
