**Who You Are**:

- possess 3+ years of sales experience evaluating, prioritizing, and directing all incoming leads. Construction sales experience is an asset.
- minimum of 5 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant environment.
- Constant monitoring of deficiencies and service calls.
- Managing/performing regular maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as needed.
- Constant attention to safety around the job sites.
- Monitoring maintenance schedules.
- Maintain communication with subcontractors.
- Provide direction and solutions to technicians handling the service calls.
- Versatile and flexible under high-pressure situations.
- thorough technical knowledge and experience with exhaust hoods, grease traps and restaurant/retail maintenance etc.
- identify and evaluate new markets.
- meet with clients to evaluate their needs.
