Responsibilities:

- Preparing and serving all types of sushi rolls in a quick and timely manner
- Able to create the best quality dishes in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring quality checks of dishes are up to restaurant standard
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
- Maintaining a positive and professional work environment
- Monitor food stock, as needed
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

- MUST hold valid work permit in Canada at the time of applying
- 1yrs+ experience as a head sushi chef
- Understanding various cooking techniques required for Japanese food
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- A passion for Japanese and Asian culinary art and flavours
- Able to communicate in English or Korean
- Knowledge of food safety in the kicthen

**Salary**:

- from $19/hr + depending on experience
- Tips, overtime pay
- Flexible shift schedules are available
- Possilble for full-time position in the future

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
