**FIGO** is currently hiring a **BARTENDER **to join our **FOH** team

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare beverages, accurately to recipe specs, and mix and match ingredients in innovative ways
- Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services; explain/romance the menu concept and style when necessary
- Be responsive and helpful regarding off-menu items such as classic cocktails and expand personal knowledge in this area as much as possible
- Ring in orders accurately, adding modifiers where needed
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2+ years minimum experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks; keen desire to expand knowledge and keep on trends
- A positive, energetic outlook with a passion for hospitality
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to carry and lift up to 40lbs
