This position offers a day shift schedule of Monday to Friday, with starting wage of $20 per hour (depending upon experience.) Overtime is also available. Company vehicle available for work hours with meeting points in both the Manotick Tim Hortons or Findlay Creek Tim Hortons. Additional training (WSIB/ Health & Safety) will be provided as needed.

Performance Window Cleaning is an independently owned firm specializing in exterior home and building maintenance. Ability to complete heavy lifting tasks and be physically fit

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in mixed weather

Previous experience using ladders

Knowledge of construction industry safety standards and procedures

Experience in a related field (construction/landscaping, window/door installation, home renovation)

G license and clean drivers abstract

Amazing work ethic and positive attitude;
Capable of working with mínimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely

Safety harness and fall protection certification an asset

Must be able to work year-round (preferably not in school)

**Core tasks will include but not be limited to**:
Cleaning windows

Washing siding

Clean eavestroughs

Power washing stone and stucco

Other tasks related to exterior home maintenance
