Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

We are a sub-contractor specialising in countertop, tiles and flooring for high-rise condominiums. As our business is expanding, we are seeking a Bookeeper/Admin Assistant to help with our current workload.
Main Responsibilities:
- Journal Entry
- Cheque preparation
- Tax submission
- Payroll remittance
- GST remittance
- WCB reporting form
- Preparation for year-end closing
- Bank reconciliation
- Administrative duties
- Answering phone calls
- Manage a clean workplace
**Requirements**:
- 1 to 2 years experience in bookkeeping
- Must have work experience of Sage 50 or Quickbook
- Must be a team player
- Experience in GST/WCB reporting is a must
- Excellent communications skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $16.00-$23.00 per hour
