Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Event/Promo Team at Evergreen Craft Ales. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, promoting our brand and engaging with customers at various events and locations.

Duties
- Set up and tear down event displays and booths
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide product information
- Conduct product samples and sales
- Collect customer feedback and data for market research purposes
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials and supplies

Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

- Hospitality: Ability to provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for event attendees
- Time management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Restaurant or retail experience: Familiarity with working in a customer-facing role
- Marketing knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Upselling skills: Ability to persuade customers to purchase additional products or services
- Excellent communication skills: Clear verbal communication and active listening skills
- Customer service orientation: Strong focus on meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Organizational skills: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to detail
- Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate deals or contracts with vendors or partners

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $16.55-$25.00 per hour
