Upholsterer/canvas Technician

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize woodworking skills to create and assemble products.
- Set up and operate industrial machines for precision manufacturing tasks.
- Employ power tools and hand tools for various assembly processes.
- Conduct tasks with attention to detail using industrial sewing equipment.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during the assembly and production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in manufacturing/repairs in canvas and upholstery.
- Familiarity with industrial sewing machines.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools, hand tools, and machinery.
- Experience in woodworking.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Office administration would be an asset.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
