Electronic Assembly Qc Inspector

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- High school diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum two (2-5) years Electronics Manufacturing assembly, rework and inspection experience
- Working knowledge of IPC -A-610
- Excellent hand/eye coordination handling electronics components using microscope
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal English
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for In-process, 1st off and Final Inspection of SMT and Thru hole and Mechanical Assembly.
- Responsible for operation of OMRON AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) equipment
- Using magnification aids and stereo-microscope, inspect populated printed circuit boards to IPC-A-610 standards.
- Provides real time feedback on quality issues to Surface Mount Technology (SMT) line operators that are detected
- Functional in written and spoken English.
- Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safe handling practice
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment
- Organized and detail oriented
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 procedures and IPC standards are a plus.
- Perform other duties as required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
