It is a **permanent **and **full-time **position. I n this role you are part of the "Global IQ Solutions" department that focuses on developing digitally enabled solutions for incontinence products. You will support to drive sales of TENA SmartCare in municipalities and work closely together with both sales, marketing, and customer service. Hence, the role will include a variety of tasks within many areas: marketing, implementation, customer service and support (e.g. training, process improvement). You will be the one driving Customer success of digital enabled solutions from TENA. You will have CA as your field of work, and you are required to travel on a regular basis. TENA is committed to using the latest technology to help provide the highest possible levels of comfort and dignity for individuals affected by incontinence. **What You Will Do** - Sales and marketing _ - Support Account Managers in pilots, implementation, and customer support for TENA SmartCare Marketing related activities as required linked to the local marketing plan and in close collaboration with local brand product manager - Conduct visits to discuss health economics, value generated by Smartcare future possibilities Identify gaps or issues in product and service delivery as noted during training and implementation of TENA SmartCare - Training and support _ - Develop training and sales support material (such as e-learning, videos, PowerPoint instruction, etc) and support program for TENA SmartCare solutions for municipalities in collaboration with local marketing. - Work in close collaboration with local sales: - Work with Nursing Homes/customers to create high level of satisfaction with Smartcare and conduct periodic surveys to determine satisfaction levels. Provide on-site and off-site support to NH to use of Smartcare, including staff training, management training, management support, problem solving assistance Work with NH staff on reviewing care plans, offering input and suggestions for change Support and arrange for customer pilots when needed - Internal _ - Participate in relevant meetings to provide insights on observations, outcomes, changes needed in the field. - Participate in conferences and trade shows to present Smartcare - Work with IQ Solutions team and sales team to prepare white papers and research related papers You will build a broad network both within and outside the company. **Who you are** - Sales background or with strong sales profile/personality - Knowledgeable of NH and their needs, requirements, staffing challenges; education processes, community health links and organizations; funding methods and opportunities; etc. - Knowledgeable about local health care policies, trends and funding mechanisms - Knowledgeable about incontinence and elderly care - Ability to understand and discuss health economics, value-based health care, etc. - Very strong communication skills both behavioral, written (such as reports, presentations etc.) and verbal - Empathetic and customer focused - Goal execution skills is desirable - Team building skills is desirable - Believes in the importance of improving life for elders, believes in innovation, wants to make a difference. - Travel is required **Language: Fluent in English and French** **About Our DEI Culture** Guided by our Beliefs & Behavior, our culture is the foundation that connects our history with our future.
