**About You**
We are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to drive advisor acquisition and growth across the US. This role focuses on demand generation to recruit and enable our next generation of advisors - ISVs, MSPs, and IT consultants - while supporting community engagement and vertical targeted campaigns. You'll work closely with our channel sales team and marketing team to expand our advisor ecosystem and drive revenue through partner channels for both AppDirect first-party products (like Firstbase) and AppDirect value campaigns. With a focus on key customer segments, this position plays a vital role in advancing strategic initiatives aimed at improving the advisor experience through personalized engagement—one of the company’s top growth drivers.
**What you'll do and how you'll make an impact**
- **Drive Advisor Acquisition**: Design and execute targeted demand generation campaigns to recruit ISVs, MSPs, and IT consultants as new advisors, expanding beyond traditional telco partners to grow our channel ecosystem;
- **Execute AppDirect Value Campaigns**:Create and launch campaigns focused on AppDirect's first-party products and services that enable advisors to effectively position and sell our unique value proposition to their clients;
- **Support Community Engagement**: Manage state-of-the-union webinars, advisory board initiatives, and advisor communications to keep partners engaged and informed
- **Collaborate with Channel Sales**: Partner directly with our Channel Sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with advisor recruitment goals and drive qualified leads;
- **Optimize Advisor Journey**: Map and improve the advisor onboarding experience, reducing time-to-first-sale and increasing advisor productivity;
- **Performance Tracking**:Monitor and report on key metrics including new advisor signups and category revenue growth, using data to continuously optimize campaigns;
- **Cross-functional Partnership**: Work with Product Marketing and content teams to develop advisor-facing materials and campaigns.
**What you'll need**
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, partner marketing, or channel marketing within tech/SaaS;
- Proven track record of creating and executing campaigns that drive partner/channel growth;
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization;
- Understanding of channel/partner ecosystems is a strong asset;
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with sales, product, and external partners.
