**Qualifications**:

- A university degree (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred)
- A clear desire and potential to move into a teaching role
- Prior experience working with children is a strong asset
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Creativity, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
- Confidence working with students aged 7-13
- A collaborative and professional attitude
