**What you've done**:

- 7+ years working as a true Windows engineer.
- Been the Windows desktop guru working on everything from desktops to laptops, solving hardware issues in an enterprise environment.
- Had tons of experience with common third-party tools used to manage and support large environments. i.e. AppSense/SCCM.
- You have experience with Active Directory/GPO.
- Done a deep dive technically in Windows operating systems up to and including Windows 10.
- Parsed event logs, worked with Sysinternals tools, analyzing memory dumps etc).
- Carried out automation tasks by creating scripts, from scratch, using PowerShell
- Designed technical solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Written technical and operational management documentation (system design and engineering documents, operational runbooks).

**What you will do**:

- Integrate, sustain and maintain Windows Desktop stack related technologies into the firm.
- Ensure that all products meet the necessary security, supportability, performance requirements.
- Ensure we meet the business's expectations around user experience.
- Create, review, maintain and update documentation.
- Provide 3rd line support to investigate & troubleshoot root causes.
- Share your knowledge with peers.

**It would be awesome if you have**:

- Have worked in an Agile environment.
- Worked with Jira.
- Know how to work with SCCM.
