**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will perform a range of duties supporting HR Department. Duties include functions such as, but not limited to: onboarding, training, disability management, safety & health, volunteer management, HR analytics and administrative support.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background in Human Resources, Business Management, Public Administration or combination of work experience will also be considered;
- Minimum 1 Yr experience in People Relations field;
- Knowledge of PHIA, PIPEDA, FIPPA, ESM, MB Human Rights Code;
- Ability to lead projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to communicate with diversified set of individuals demonstrating Integrity, Empathy, and Respect;
- Experience working in Non-Profit Sector will be considered an asset;
- Valid Class 5F License and access to vehicle required;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS,

**Additional Info**:

- Application is open until position has been filled
- Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 80 hours bi-weekly
- This position requires satisfactory Criminal Record Check with a clear Vulnerable Sector Search, clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry Checks, and proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19
