We are looking for a Regional trainer - Central Region, based in Ontario. **The role**: As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible to train all the Beauty Advisors of our retailers who will have to participate in various trainings offered by Clarins. As well, the individual will be constantly in the field to contribute to the overall sales targets and to support the team. The individual must be available to travel within its territory. **What you’ll do**: In an environment where we want to offer an exceptional quality service to consumers, we have set key priorities in line with the Group Strategy_._ **Training** - _Give trainings to all the new beauty advisors in stores or at the head office._ - _ Give seasonal trainings session to all the exciting beauty advisors._ - _ Promote online continuing training (Clarins e-pro) with all the beauty advisors._ **Follow-up training** - _ Ensure that each beauty advisors are a perfect brand ambassador._ - _ Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met._ - _ Validate the product knowledge of all the beauty advisors by doing role plays. _ - _Ensure that everyone will achieve their weekly, monthly and annual sales targets._ - _ Conduct in store follow-ups after each training sessions and ensure that all tools are used properly._ **Store visit preparation** - _ Know the business turnover and the sales target of the stores in your territory._ - _ Analyze the different segments and plan the visit in relation to those segments which are experiencing difficulties._ - _ Implementing a strategy, and plan future visits to verify the results._ **Store visit** - _ Complete written reports following each in-store visit to the Account Executives concerned._ - _ Establish specific action plans and/or recommendations based on the opportunity._ **Special events**: - _ Participate to all major special events providing significant support to sales._ - _ Occasional attendance may be required for specific events on Saturdays._ - _ Perform other related duties._ **You are**: - Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, and collaborative. **You have**: - **Between 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.**: - **College degree**: - ** Extensive experience in cosmetics and in retail.**: - ** Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.**: - **Excellent communication skills both written and oral.**: - ** Good time management and strong sense of organization.**: - Good analytical skills and team spirit. **We have**: - Close to 70 years of expertise in beauty and spa, with the Clarins and My Blend brands. - Unique products and innovative services. - A commitment to Social & Environmental Responsibility embedded in our _raison d'être._ - An inclusive work environment. - Development and training opportunities. - Attractive compensation and benefits.
