**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO.
- Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with tenants, partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in coordinating property management and corporate projects.
- Perform general office management duties as required.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on executive support is preferred.
- Bilingual (English and French) required; excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong proficiency in Apple macOS and iOS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or corporate administration is an asset.

**Responsabilités**
- Fournir un soutien administratif et opérationnel direct au PDG.
- Coordonner et gérer l’agenda, les réunions et les déplacements du PDG.
- Préparer des rapports, des présentations et de la correspondance au nom du PDG.
- Traiter les informations confidentielles avec discrétion et professionnalisme.
- Assurer la liaison avec les locataires, les partenaires et les équipes internes.
- Participer à la coordination des projets de gestion immobilière et des projets corporatifs.
- Effectuer des tâches générales de gestion de bureau, au besoin.

**Expérience et compétences**
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste administratif, idéalement en soutien à la direction.
- Bilinguisme (anglais et français) requis, avec d’excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale.
- Maîtrise des systèmes Apple macOS et iOS, ainsi que de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellente organisation, grande attention aux détails et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités efficacement.
- Attitude professionnelle, autonomie et aptitude à travailler en équipe.
- Une expérience dans le domaine de l’immobilier, de la gestion immobilière ou de l’administration corporative constitue un atout.
