The Demo and Delivery Coordinator is responsible for following up with customers once the sale of a unit has been finalized; organizing/scheduling a demonstration of the customers new unit as well as delivery if required. The Demo Coordinator is also responsible for determining any additional customer needs, including whether or not the customer requires a hitch instillation, wiring and brake control or installation of any other applicable/requested accessories.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Upon completion of the sale, contact the customer to inform them of the next step in their Four Seasons experience.
- Determine when the customer would like to come in for their demo
- Inquire into what they are using for a tow vehicle.
- Ensure that their vehicle is properly equipped to pull their new unit. Does it require a hitch, wiring, or brake control to be installed? If so, provide the customer with a quote that accurately depicts the cost of this installation.
- Notify applicable departments of any additional work to be completed either prior to/or on demo day.
- On demo day great the customer on arrival. Inform appropriate departments of customers’ arrival. While Demo’s are in progress, survey the hook-ups to ensure everything goes smoothly.
- When the customer is ready to go ensure that all of their needs have been met and thank them for their business.
- Schedule delivery of new unit with customer.
- Organize and maintan delivery driver schedule.
- Off season responsibilities will vary.
