As a Customer Service Associate - Resolutions, you’re passionate about ensuring people have the best experience, every time. You’ll be delivering outstanding customer service to our many clients, and will be relied upon to offer thoughtful and knowledgeable assistance. You will work to ensure that our client's issues are resolved efficiently, accurately, and to the client’s satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Associate - Resolutions you will process return and replacement requests by coordinating with our business partners to achieve the customer’s desired resolution in the most cost-efficient way possible.
**The Team**
**What You’ll Do**
- Gather information, research, and work to resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Communicate any steps within the problem resolution process appropriately to the customer within a timely manner, ensuring to follow company resolution procedures
- Assist with department goals, and makes recommendations to Resolution Manager, to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Create accurate cost breakdowns, and/or recommendations involving any credits owed to customers
- Take ownership of any resolution requests that arise, and have a strong willingness to follow up with the customer until the issue is fully resolved
- Work with the company’s vendors and carriers as required, to provide the quickest and best solution for all parties involved
- Ambition to grow and become a leader in a constantly evolving and challenging environment preferred
