**Compensation and Benefits**:

- We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with a total hourly value of **$60** as a starting point for journeypersons.

**Journeypersons are either experienced at leading a project area or are interested in developing their leadership skills.**

**The following abilities are a must**:

- 4-5 years of plumbing experience
- Red Seal Certification, Plumbing
- Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines
- Proficient in take-off/site design and material management
- Understanding of sub trade’s scope/scheduling/interference
- Ability to manage, mentor and supervise 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year apprentices
- Communicate with colleagues, trades, and sub-trades in a professional manor if/when required
- Follow written and verbal instructions as required
- Contribute to site/company culture by completing job duties with a positive attitude
