Seeking a dynamic experienced sales person (preferably with a background in the hospitality sector) with a keen ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and consistently meet both sales quota and gross profit targets at one of Toronto’s premier charter yacht companies. Our company operates on a “client-centred” model, striving to deliver memorable experiences and exceed client expectations at all levels through end-to-end service while treating our employees with respect, care, and adhering to the highest ethical standards.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Work with the company sales team and owners to provide clients with end-to-end sales service.
- Drive yacht charter sales by managing inbound inquiries on the telephone, internet, and in person and generating new leads.
- Actively prospect new clients and build relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create tailored proposals based on client needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Coordinate with operations and crew to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at relevant events and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience and track record, ideally in hospitality or travel industries.
- Results focused approach with a strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends for client needs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing a plus.
- Experience with yacht charters or maritime background is highly desirable.
- Honest, courteous and able to demonstrate strong work ethic.
- Driven and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Languages: English. Cantonese/Mandarin and other languages are an asset.

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
