**Tasks**:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the registration activities and academic records system of a college or university
- Review registration statistics and consult with faculty officials to develop registration policies
- Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Organize and schedule office work
- Interview clients to assess their situation and determine the types of services required and eligibility
- Implement registration systems
- Consult and advise clients
- Answer inquiries from students
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children
