Parachute Ice cream and Victoria Pie Co.: We are a locally owned and operated artisan ice cream and pie shop. Our Langford shop is looking for a baker/cook to join our team to help us make the absolute BEST sweet and savory pies in the city, and we are looking to expand to include cookies

We work hard but love our jobs. We support an inclusive, diverse, respectful, and positive working environment. We offer flexible daytime hours and better than competitive wages, dependent on experience and contribution. We also offer a generous tip pool (approx $4-6/hr), vacation pay and a full benefits package.

We are looking for someone who has a background cooking or baking professionally, who can work quickly under time pressure, can work independently, and who is great with people. This job is a combination of baking and working directly with customers, and might include supervising junior team members.
