**JOB SUMMARY**

The role of the Customer Success Lead is to act as a liaison between our DCM Digital clients and our DCM Sales and Technology teams. The role requires the ability to establish key relationships with our Digital clients and a significant understanding of our DCM Digital offerings both from a business and technical perspective to ensure that our platforms are well adopted and referenceable. In addition, the CSL role will be tasked with uncovering new incremental opportunities within our Digital clients and working with our Technology team to scope and estimate net new development and functionality requirements for our Digital platforms and offerings.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish Key Relationships with key contacts at Digital clients
- Understand DCM Digital platforms and professional services from Business and Technical perspective
- Able to uncover net new opportunities within existing Digital clients
- Proactively work with clients to avoid unsatisfactory experience
- Ability to liaison between DCM Digital clients and DCM tech teams to scope and estimate net new platform functionality and service requirements.
- Define and describe the business requirements that a client is requesting any new functionality to support
- Able to troubleshoot or solution a desired outcome that a client needs to accomplish within the existing solution; or validate that there is a gap where new functionality should be considered

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor or technical/community college diploma in business related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer knowledge
- Understanding of technology with good understanding of DCM digital platforms
- Able to make decisions and problem solving skills
