**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as TPO,EPDM,BUR,SBS
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials and tools on job sites.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing roofing materials.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete roofing projects efficiently.
- Conduct inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in roofing tasks.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints and gaps effectively.
- A background in carpentry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to work at heights safely and follow all safety guidelines.

Pay: $28.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
