**What the position looks like**
You will have strong customer service and leadership skills, a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities_
- Receive dogs checking in & safe handover of dogs checking out
- Assist in performing evaluations and in handling dogs
- Cover for playroom Coaches during breaks, and assist in re-stocking of supplies
- Look for opportunities for fun e.g. theme days for dogs, meet & greet treat bags etc.
- Manages and resolves pet parent requests and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner
- Train, coach and develop a successful and enthusiastic team of employees
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and social media engagement
- Assists with the completion of performance management and performance reviews for all employees
- Other duties assigned as necessary
- Qualifications_
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a team leader
- Previous experience working with dogs preferred
- Previous experience managing social media accounts preferred
- Strong ability to communicate professionally and effectively with pet parents and team members
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment efficiently with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
