APT is looking to hire a delivery driver who has years of experience driving in and around Winnipeg. APT is a family owned and operated business, that has recently made expansions into Manitoba. For 40 years APT Auto Parts has been providing quality aftermarket parts for the collision industry throughout Canada. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Winnipeg team
**Job Requirements**
- **MUST HAVE OWN MODE OF TRANSPORTATION/NO BUS ROUTE**:
- **To be Very familiar with Winnipeg road routes**:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Previous delivery driving experience
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- High flexibility with good interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Driven to provide exceptional customer service
- Warehousing experience is an asset
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize.
- Attention to detail
**Job Duties**
- Pick and inspect automotive parts for quality assurance
- Manually load and unload materials from trailers, pallets, platforms, cars, and lifting devices
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and respectful working environment
- Report any discrepancies in inventory to management
- Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in correct storage location
- Extended periods of standing, and other physical requirements
- Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 75 pounds
- Deliver parts to customers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
