**Who we are**:
**The Position**:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an excellent work ethic to fill the position of Maintenance Labourer. Reporting to the Foreman/woman, the Maintenance Labourer will be directed to perform all activities related to maintaining jobsites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on a 1-3-person maintenance crew supervised by a Landscape Foreman/woman
- Take directions well, and perform outlined tasks successfully
- Maintain a clean jobsite
- Safely operate various hand, power tools and equipment
- Promote and manage a safety culture, and ensure compliance to safety standards and safe work practice for all staff
- Maintain positive work relationships
- Position requires approximately 40-60 hours a week

**Qualifications**:

- Detail oriented
- Experience operating a variety of hand and power equipment
- Experience operating sit down and stand up ride mowers, hand mowers, leaf blowers, weed trimmers, and variety of hand tools
- Aptitude for physically demanding, outdoor work
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a dynamic environment
- Ability to maintain high standard of operational excellence
- Open to continuous learning
- Applicants are required to hold a valid ‘Class 5’ license and must have access to a reliable vehicle

**Rate of Pay**:Dependent on experience

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- 10 hour shift

- Weekends as needed
