**Position Overview**: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and support the design and production of visual materials for various marketing projects. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, design teams and the executives to ensure our brand’s visual identity is consistently represented across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee multiple graphic design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Address customer queries across various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and graphic artists to develop visual strategies that enhance brand messaging.
- Work with external vendors and freelancers for specialized design projects as needed.
- Review designs for accuracy and compliance with brand standards before final production.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve design quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Write content for social media and articles.
- Google & Social media ads
- Manages and updates company website content and coordinates editorial calendar for social media platforms.
- Work within the allocated marketing budget
- Familiarity with branding and marketing strategies.
- Recommend new tools and techniques to streamline the design process.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Shopify, HubSpot, and Trello.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

**Position Type**:

- Contract (Maternity Leave Replacement)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
