As the **Salesforce Technical Lead**, you will work closely with the corporate IT leadership team, being responsible for the technical and functional design to fulfill current and future business requirements, maintain backlog and requirements management, prototyping, testing, and other implementation stages:

- Serve as the technical solution architecture and the lead developer of the company’s Salesforce implementation
- Problem-solving and offering ideas to solve issues based on salesforce best practices and relevant research
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of production and testing environment according to the company’s data protection policies
- Manage the proposal development as requested
- Provide technical documentation to the related teams, set and maintain quality standards
- Be a mentor to other members of the team to help them grow their Salesforce understanding and skills
- Relevant expertise and experience in Salesforce
- Strong technical knowledge and integration experience
- Act as a knowledgeable liaison with the leadership team and other business stakeholders.
- Experience managing a work stream on full-cycle implementations
- Document detailed business, functional and technical issues professionally
- Worked closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, implementation partners, integration/development, and quality assurance teams
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or other technology-related field or equivalent years of experience

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Salesforce certification is a must
- Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM/ERP solutions and the ability to run code reviews and enforce coding best practices
- Experience working with software product development processes using agile project management and VCS/CI/CD tools
- Development experience in one or more of Visualforce, Apex, Java, and AJAX
- Knowledge of software product development processes using agile project management tools and understanding of SDLC methodologies
