Deveraux Apartment Communities has been a comprehensive, professional property management firm since 2011. It presently manages over 4600 multi-family apartment units in Regina, Moose Jaw, Winnipeg, Sherwood Park, Edmonton and Calgary. What you bring...
- 2+ years of experience in property management or related administrative fields.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and planning abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- General knowledge of accounting is required.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and leadership skills. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships, possess a professional phone demeanor, be a self-motivated team player
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, capable of allocating time effectively, handling multiple demands, tight deadlines, and competing priorities. The ability to work under pressure and deliver quality results, adapt to constant change, and be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and dedication to continuous learning.
- General accounting knowledge and numerical competence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
- Previous experience in Yardi software programs would be an added advantage.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

You will...
- Aid management in compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Provide leasing assistance by showcasing available suites to prospective residents.
- Take measures to enhance tenant retention and satisfaction.
- Manage transactions and issue payment receipts.
- Leverage past sales experience to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, which may involve evenings and weekends.
- Extend warm greetings, provide guidance, and conduct tours for prospective residents in our exceptional properties.
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with management to ensure accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Stay well-informed about local market trends and conditions.
- Display attentive listening to cater to the unique needs of clients.
- Offer support to all team members as necessary and when requested.
