Inspire belonging. Reporting to Executive Administrator, we are looking for
**Receptionist (Part-time, Permanent)** that will play an integral role in front office, property management, and HR operational activities. We provide a range of supports and services for people living with an intellectual disability in southeastern Manitoba.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

- Office Administration & Property Operations - act as guest experience ambassador by presenting a positive and professional image of the organization to all front office interactions, directing them to appropriate team member as needed. This role will oversee operations across enVision office that is not limited to coordination, liaising between the office and vendors, inventory management.
- HR Admin Function - perform admin tasks in HR & Operations initiatives as directed by executive team

**Qualifications**

- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Management or any related field. Combination of education and work experience will also be considered
- Minimum 1-year experience in administrative tasks. Direct experience in front office and property management is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database platform
- Valid Class 5F license, access to vehicle, or ability in daily commute to 84 Brandt St. Steinbach, Manitoba
- Experience working in non-profit sector is an asset
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop/laptop computers or other devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

**Additional Information**
- Hours of Work: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- This position requires satisfactory Criminal Record check with a clear Vulnerable Sector Search, clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry Checks, and proof COVID-19 full vaccination
