Customer Service/inside Sales Representative

Brampton, Canada HR Dental Products Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate shipment dates and production processes with customers and colleagues, provide updates and respond to information requests as needed
- Arranging Truck and Courier Shipments
- Preparing BOLs, Commercial Invoices, Customs Paperwork for shipments
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner as their primary point of contact
- Accurately input orders into the system
- Follow up and update order statuses.
- You will also be responsible for answering phones, receiving and splitting customer orders, taking returns, and making sure the customer doesn’t need to add anything else to their orders. Customer service is priority for us
- Provide in house support for the sales team
- Prepare quotes for the sales team and send quotes to customers
- Other administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 education, college education preferred
- Strong communication skills required, both verbal and written
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and exceptionally organized
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a previous order desk/ customer service environment
- Knowledge of building materials is a strong asset
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Canadian experience in the construction or related industry is a strong asset
- Friendly with a positive demeanor to provide excellent customer service
- Dedicated and reliable worker with a team spirit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
