**Title**:Precast Engineer in Training

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist the Director of Sales with quotes, sales tenders, and proposals;
- Provide preliminary designs for budgets/estimates then help with finalizing those estimates;
- Resolving customer inquiries by investigating problems and developing solutions;
- Complete follow up calls and post transaction monitoring of the product delivery and account maintenance;
- Provide reports on sales and profitability;
- Participate in trade shows within the industry;
- Conduct Lunch & Learns with the Director of Sales to new and existing clients;
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and key partners.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Graduate from a Civil/Structural Engineering Program;
- Experience working in within the field is considered an asset;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to listen to the customer and identify a customers’ needs;
- Ability to establish strong relationships with customers.
- Possesses strong organization and problem-solving skills;
- Holds self and others accountable for keeping commitments, maintaining standards, and achieving goals;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
