Depot Relationship Co-ordinator

In this key role, the Depot Relationship Co-ordinator will be accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of both baseline and continuous performance improvement services for all bottle depots within the province of Alberta. The role is responsible for supporting operational excellence in ABCRC’s quality control process, by maintaining accurate data and response times for system incidents in Quality Management System (QMS). **Key Functions & Accountabilities** - **Service Delivery**: Ensure timely delivery of services to Bottle Depots in Alberta, meeting or exceeding Service Agreement requirements. - **Customer Relationship**: Act as the point of contact for all Depot customer relationship issues. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with Depot Manager to improve service delivery and set up new Depots. - **Improvement Projects**: Participate in various improvement projects initiated by ABCRC, ABDA, and BCMB. - **Fraud Prevention**: Play a key role in preventing fraud within the network. - **Support**: Assist in projects and support the Executive Team with reports and presentations. - **Quality Control**: Maintain accurate data and response times for system incidents in the Quality Management System (QMS). **Key Responsibilities** - **Customer Meetings**: Address and support operational and business needs of Depot customers. - **QMS Monitoring**: Utilize QMS to monitor, measure, and report key ABCRC metrics. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Act as the "voice of the depot" and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - **Territory Management**: Use effective territory management techniques to improve customer experience. - **Issue Resolution**: Serve as the first point of contact for Depot issues and escalations, performing internal triage. - **Corrective Actions**: Implement customer-driven corrective actions to reduce recurrence of challenges. - **Project Support**: Provide non-technical project support, including administrative and training support during depot rollouts **Communications and Key Relationships** - **Depot Visits**: Partner with the Depot Relationship Manager to visit depots and understand key operational functions. - **Internal Reporting**: Manage internal reporting and escalation on behalf of functional teams. **EDUCATION AND TRAINING** - Diploma/Degree in a related field. - Operational and Sales/Customer Relationship experience - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - 5+ years of Proficiency in Microsoft Office - AB Drivers License, Class 5 **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS** - Capacity to build strong positive relationships both internally and externally - Skilled in managing conflict and embracing change with confidence - Impeccable judgement and professional maturity; demonstrated ability to advise on sensitive issues - Ability to analyze critical data points to help identify customer trends, system red flags **WORKING CONDITIONS** Majority of work hours are in the office handling administration items at a desk, using office equipment. However, a portion of time can be spent on the road and attending meetings. Occasional lifting of supplies and materials. Manage multiple priorities and tasks and may experience interruptions. The position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, and precise attention to details. Must gain a good understanding of Operations requirements with an appreciation of diverse stakeholder interests. Always managing competing priorities.
