We are seeking someone highly skilled, friendly, and hardworking to be a key part of the
Brauwerk Taproom Team and its success. As a small and growing company, we require team members with varied skill sets who are able to fill a variety of roles within our organization.

**Responsibilities**

Your day to day responsibilities as a server and/or manager will include:

- Greeting and providing exceptional service to all brewery guests
- Be the face of Brauwerk Hoffman while communicating our vision and values
- Directing all traffic through the door
- Helping customers to retail, the Taproom and Biergarten
- Seating tables in the Taproom, Patio and Biergarten
- Reservation system management
- Maintaining seating order and priority
- Cash handling and operation of POS system (Lightspeed)
- Daily cleaning of the Tap Room, Patio, Bottle Shop, Washrooms and other areas as required

Your responsibilities may also include:

- Glassware cleaning
- Opening and closing of the Tap Room, Patio and Bottle Shop
- Restocking of the beer fridge and retail items in a neat and presentable fashion
- Contribute to Brauwerk Hoffman marketing and social media properties
- General duties and special projects as required as part of the team

**Qualifications**
- Must be available to work a rotating schedule that will include morning, evening and weekend shifts
- Smart Serve Certification

**Responsabilités**

Vos responsabilités quotidiennes seront les suivantes
- Accueillir et fournir un service exceptionnel à tous les invités de la brasserie.
- Être le visage de Brauwerk Hoffman tout en communiquant notre vision et nos valeurs
- Diriger tout le trafic vers la porte
- Aider les clients à accéder aux magasins, au Taproom et au Biergarten.
- Placer les tables dans le Taproom, le Patio et le Biergarten.
- Gestion du système de réservation
- Maintenir l'ordre et la priorité des sièges
- Manipulation de l'argent et fonctionnement du système de point de vente (Lightspeed).
- Nettoyage quotidien du Tap Room, du Patio, du Bottle Shop, des toilettes et d'autres zones selon les besoins.
