**Duration: Contract(1+ month)**

Description Under broad supervision this position requires the incumbent to perform a variety of assignments requiring special knowledge of a particular area of concentration, requiring judgment and decision making when dealing with exceptions from established guidelines and procedures. Duties may include supervise & provide direction to staff & oversee daily office operations, preparation of various financial statements, maintaining records, document preparation / verification, maintaining inventory, distribution of inter-office mail. Requirements - Grade XI plus four years’ related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience. - Knowledge or experience with Procurement - Experience using SAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
