Mississauga, Canada Target Truck Sales & Leasing Inc. Full time

Analyze financial documents and credit reports to assess the risk of potential borrowers
- Determine the creditworthiness of applicants by evaluating their financial history and credit score
- Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate decisions effectively to loan officers, processors, and applicants
- Provide recommendations for loan approvals or denials based on risk assessment

*Requirements*
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an Underwriter or similar role in the financial industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of underwriting principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Certification in Mortgage Underwriting is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
