**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate heavy equipment safely, including forklifts and cranes, as needed for loading and unloading materials.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and order statuses.
- Perform regular checks on inventory to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in order picking or related roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment effectively.
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and best practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Experience with shipping and receiving functions is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Order picking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
